The proposal of BrulletDeLunafor social housing units in Manlleudeals with a volume that is integrated into its urban setting, defined by urban parameters proposed for the planning. The building is made up of two volumes that produce an L-shape. At its intersection there is a nucleus of stairs and lifts, from which lead some walkways that in turn lead to the entrances of all the housing units. The L-shape enables all the housing units to be facing southeast or southwest.

On the ground floor and close to entrance, the shared services programme is placed: porter, shared hall, meeting room and laundry. The spaciousness of the shared hall is characterised by the passing views produced since it is open to both the street and the interior gardens.

The housing unit model proposes that the living room and main bedroom are always on the façade facing south and are connected by a terrace. The second bedroom is positioned at the entrance to the housing unit and enables crossed ventilation. The bathroom and kitchen are grouped together in order to optimise the installations.
