The building, based on a very precise programme, seeks out its place in a deteriorated and aggressive setting by means of its form and position on the site. It is placed at an end of the site in order to distance itself from a large industrial building and is divided into three pieces perpendicular to a containing wall that defines the north limit of the site. This breakdown of the building aims to provide a strong character to its implantation.

The strict model programme of the CAP health centre is distributed in these three bodies of the ground and first floors, formalised through its single-slope roof and façade leaning over the street and joined by two lower blocks that contain the services and stairways.

An enlargement project is currently under way that consists of two new pieces that aim to follow the volumetry of the current health centre (CAP), being placed in continuation of the others.
